Közkívánatra

láthatóvá tettem ismét a blogot. De mint látjátok, rég nem tettem fel semmit ide, ugyanis a FB-on vannak fent amit mostanában készitek. Nem a nagyvilágnak sütök- főzök, hisz nem vagyok mester szakács, csak egy háziasszony. A lányaimnak viszont segitség :):)

CHINESE CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI.

Ingredients
For the marinade:
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
For the sauce:
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 large head of broccoli, crowns only, cut into bite-sized pieces.
1 tablespoon water
Instructions

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients in a small bowl - pour oven chicken.
  2. Marinate the chicken while preparing the sauce and broccoli.
  3. Steam broccoli for just 3 minutes - set aside.
  4. In a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, saute the chicken with its marinade and 1/2 of the sauce mixture in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
  5. Once chicken is fully cooked through, add the steamed broccoli, remaining sauce and 1 tablespoon water.
  6. Cook for 2 minutes to thicken sauce or until broccoli is tender, but still crisp.

Tomato, Roasted Pepper and Arugula Pasta

Ingredients

8 ounces, weight Pasta
2 teaspoons Olive Oil, Divided
1 whole Shallot, Minced
1 clove Garlic, Minced
1 cup Grape Tomatoes, Halved
½ cups Roasted Red Peppers, Chopped
¼ cups Fresh Basil, Chopped, Divided
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
½ teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
½ teaspoons Salt
¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
2 cups Fresh Arugula
2 ounces, weight Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Diced
¼ cups Parmesan Cheese
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions, reserving 1/4 cup of the pasta cooking water.
While the pasta cooks, heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the shallot and garlic and cook until soft and fragrant, about 6 minutes. Add the tomatoes, roasted red peppers, half of the basil, smoked paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, salt and pepper and stir to combine. Let the mixture cook for another 5-6 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften.
Add the arugula to the pan and drizzle the remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil over the arugula. Stir it to combine and cook until the arugula wilts. Turn the heat to low and stir in the mozzarella cheese. Add the cooked pasta and the pasta water and stir until combined. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Egytál étel.

A hust fuszereztem, krumplit, hagymat, repat, paradicsomot, brokkolit es tengerit tettem hozza, majd folia alatt megsutottem.

Ananász cheese cake.


Egy konzerv ananszt aprora apritottam. a leveben keszitettem el a zselatint. 3 kremsajtot 6 k. porcukorral es egy doboz tejszinnel kikevertem, hozza adtam a zselatint, az ananaszt.Majd az olvasztott vajjal elkevert waferre amit a tortaformaba simitottam tettem a kremet. Egy ejjel a hutoben pihentettem.

Garlic bread.

A bagettet felszeletetlem, de nem vagtam egeszen at. Vajat kikavartam zuzott fokhagymaval, aprora vagott petrezselyem zolddel es reszelt sajttal. Ezzel megkentem a kenyer szeletek mind ket felet, megszortam reszelt sajttal, alufoliaba tekertem es 400 fokon 10 percig sutottem.
